Leaving home to become her own person and gain more freedom, 19 year old Halle Varro arrives at her first day of Basic Training in the US Army, a world of self-doubt and self-determination as she tries to discover who she is and where she fits in this world.
Taking place in South Carolina, location was key in making the world accurate and believable. Set pieces and props were fabricated to enhance the feel of an army basic training camp.
